RAVENSWORTH WINE DINNER
Join us at our first-ever NOMAD Melbourne wine dinner, as we host Bryan Martin, proprietor and vigneron at Ravensworth Winery.
Bryan left his role at the iconic Clonakilla to forge his own path under the Ravensworth label, with his wife and brother joining the journey to make it a true family affair.
The winery’s home is a beautiful property in Murambateman, from which they produce an outstanding range of estate wines.
They are best known for their world-class expression of Syrah Viognier, a style that was born in France’s Rhone Valley but has found a second home in the Canberra district of Australia.
Bryan is also producing some of the most impressive examples of Sangiovese to be found anywhere in the country, along with mineral-tinged Rieslings and a textural blend of white Rhone varieties known as the Grainery.
The dinner will be an intimate affair in our private wine room, so tickets are extremely limited.
Bryan’s wines will be paired with a bespoke menu created by NOMAD head chef, Jeremy Swann.
