Our beverage list has been curated to highlight the very best of Australian and international produce, and is carefully designed to ensure your dining experience is unforgettable. We showcase small, up and coming producers, as well as some of the country’s most iconic wine vignerons. We take pride in showcasing Australian wines and spirits primarily, with organic and sustainable produce taking priority.

ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
At edition we take dietary requirements & allergies very seriously. While we take steps to minimise risk & safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control. At edition, we make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. However we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. This is due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment & supplied ingredients. Please provide as much information as possible concerning any allergies & dietary requirements in advance of dining with us.
Cancellation & Changes in Numbers
A minimum spend of $100 per person is required at dinner for Friday and Saturday. We require a minimum notice period of 24 hours to cancel or amend a booking, or to change the number of guests attending. This request must be submitted in writing via email or advised over the phone to one of our reservations staff & must be outside of the notice period to not incur a fee. Cancellations or changes to the numbers within the notice period will result in a $50 per person charge made to the credit card on file.
Private Dining & Events
The Wine Room is an intimate private dining space that can accommodate up to 10 guests seated on one table. This exclusive setting is perfect for intimate lunches and celebratory dinners. Also, in our dining room we can accommodate groups of up to 18 guests split across multiple tables for non-exclusive hire.
